Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PDT

Event Description:
Housing is one of the top priorities of the West Plains Chamber as our workforce continues to grow. Pre-COVID-19 the area was poised to grow with available land to build and as residential construction is deemed essential in this Phase 2 questions around what will the housing market look like in this new normal are being asked.

In a recent Ignite Northwest Zoom Event Redfin CEO, Glenn Kelman, predicted big shifts in populations from larger cities to small ones as remote work takes hold because of the crisis. The West Plains could be well suited to meet the growing demand if our housing market can provide the supply. This call will provide a relevant and timely update to the State of Housing in the West Plains.
